He has a Master of Science in Transportation from MIT and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico in Mayagüez., Mr. Vescovacci is a PRofessional Engineer (PE 20687) licensed in Puerto Rico, a Professional Transportation Planner (PTP) and a Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (PTOE).
